This needs to be disclosed at the time of booking, so that the additional request can be added onto your booking and paid for. Family groups encouraged to book. If it is a group of young adults your booking may be cancelled if the requirements do not meet.
We have a strict NO PARTY OR EVENTS policy. It is in a quiet neighbourhood, so any type of events such as hens/bucks/bridal showers/schoolies/end of season sporting groups/birthday parties celebration are not allowed. If you are unsure if your group falls into any of these categories please enquire before booking. We can easily determine if the house rule of “No parties or events” is disrespected, and this means additional charges, bond forfeited and/or eviction will apply.

PLEASE NOTE: All bookings are subject to the owners pre-approval and we endeavour to notify you of the status of your booking within 24hrs. If your group is not suitable for the property you may be asked to cancel your booking.

  We had a great time at The Palms creating memories with our family. There was plenty of space inside and out with lots of indoor games and outdoor activities to enjoy. We would stay again even though it needed some minor maintenance eg lighting and broken blinds.

  We had a wonderful family stay at The Palms. The house is huge, so much space for everyone, with really comfy beds for the adults and fun bunk bed set ups for the kids. We loved the open plan kitchen and living room so we could be together whilst cooking and the kids had the best time in the pool and on the tennis court. We found it to be a very peaceful setting and the garden is great for exploring, including a veggie patch with herbs! There are also two cute sheep on the property which again were loved by the kids! Highly recommend making the short drive to the Wyong Milk Factory for coffee and donuts, the Daily Donut Co strawberry jam and cinnamon donuts are superb!! Thank you for a lovely stay, we will be back!
