We have a strict no party or events policy. It is in a quiet neighbourhood, so any type of events such as hens/bucks/schoolies/end of season sporting groups/birthday parties celebration are not allowed. If you are unsure if your group falls into any of these categories please enquire before booking. We can easily determine if the house rule of “No parties or events” is disrespected, and this means additional charges, bond forfeited and/or eviction will apply.

    Overall location and house was good, however, we had a party of 8 adults, 2 children and an infant. The house had 4 rooms with 2 queen beds and 4 single beds and a sofa bed.

    Unfortunately the sofa bed was dirty and very uncomfortable as you could feel the metal as you laid down which of course made it unusable. We therefore had to share single beds which were not comfortable at all.

    As mentioned to the owner if the price was as mentioned during the booking we would have no issues, however, we were made to pay an additional amount for over 6 adults which I though was not fair as we could not utilise the sofa bed and the rental manager/owner did not provide us a refund even though we shared pictures and explained the situation.

    If you are booking for over 6 people I would not recommend this house, however, if it’s for 6 or less it’s a nice little getaway place.
