Set in a picturesque and highly convenient location in one of the region's most sought-after areas, this sprawling waterfront property ticks all the boxes for an unforgettable getaway fit for the whole family.

Start your day with a morning stroll along the lake, and then from the upper deck enjoy your morning coffee soaking in the tranquil lake views whilst watching pelicans cruise by. Come the evening, relax with a drink as you watch the magical sunsets, fire up the BBQ and enjoy dining al fresco in the outdoor entertaining space. If you prefer, bring the cooking indoors and enjoy cooking in the kitchen featuring modern design touches and beautiful timber finishes. Supplied with all the essentials you will need. Through those warm summer days you can make use of the ducted air-con system upstairs to cool the home down.

Generously accommodating up to seven guests across three bedrooms, you will find two bedrooms with queen beds and one triple bunk bed, one bathroom, there’s plenty of space for everyone to spread out and keep up with their daily routines. There is a second toilet, shower and sink in the laundry for guests to use during their stay.

The generous open plan dining and living area is full of natural light, and additional living area downstairs with lounge and TV offers extra breakaway space for everyone to recharge and enjoy some downtime. Rich in character, space and comfort, this is the perfect location to relax and unwind. Spend some quality family time out in the backyard - the sprawling green grass is a kid’s dream with plenty of adventures to be had and ample space to kick a ball around, you can also bring along your kayak/canoes to enjoy the lake a little bit more.

Both bathrooms have a welcome supply of hand soap and toilet paper.
Bed linen and 1 bath towel per person are provided for your convenience.

The base nightly price is based on up to 6 guests. Any guests above this number are charged per person/per night rate. When selecting number of guests, the system will automatically calculate the correct rate. Any change with guest number reductions are non-refundable.
It is very important to select the correct number of guests as this will determine how many beds to have made up.

Important message for guests organising events.
We have a strict no party or events policy. It is in a quiet neighbourhood, so any type of events such as hens/bucks/schoolies/end of season sporting groups/birthday party celebration are not allowed. If you are unsure if your group falls into any of these categories please enquire before booking. We can easily determine if the house rule of “No parties or events” is disrespected, and this means additional charges, bond forfeited and/or eviction will apply.

    Had the best time, great location, awesome house and host. Great location right on the lake, house itself spacious and perfect for a large family with 4 kids!! Local shops a stones throw away too which was extremely convenient to not have to go on journeys for things we’d needed
