The heart of your stay will surely be spent swimming in the pool in Summer, sitting by the fire-pit in Winter, having a picnic by the water or to simply sit back with a glass of wine to relax and take in the view.

During the day, explore the wonders of nature surrounding your holiday home, knowing that a cozy evening awaits. Unwind in style, cocooned by the warmth of the fire-pit, toasting marshmallows with loved ones creating memories that will linger long after your stay.

Upstairs you will find a open plan living area and a gourmet Hampton style kitchen, lounge room & dining area. Upstairs you will also find 2 bedrooms and the main bathroom.
Comfortably sleeping 10 people, it’s suitable for 2 families or is equally ideal as a spacious, private family retreat.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you would need for an extended stay, including induction cook top, oven, Nespresso Creatista Plus Coffee Machine and dishwasher, The kitchen and living area flows seamlessly onto the covered verandah soaking up the views of the backyard.

Downstairs comprises the remaining 2 bedrooms, bathroom & laundry combined and second living space which opens onto the backyard and alfresco area.

BB's Lake house is truly is a home away from home, a place where you can spend a couple of nights or even a week or two.

Comfortably sleeping 10 people, it’s suitable for 2 families or is equally ideal as a spacious, private family retreat.

Bathrooms have a welcome supply of soap, hand soap and toilet paper.
Bed linen and bath towels are provided for your convenience however pool/beach towels are BYO

We have a strict no party or events policy. It is in a quiet neighbourhood, so any type of events such as hens/bucks/schoolies/end of season sporting groups/birthday parties celebration are not allowed. If you are unsure if your group falls into any of these categories please enquire before booking. We can easily determine if the house rule of “No parties or events” is disrespected, and this means additional charges, bond forfeited and/or eviction will apply.

    We arrived at 14:15 and the cleaners were still there,unfortunately they didn’t supply any shampoo or shower gel for the downstairs bathroom.There was supposed to be a dryer but there was not.
    The house was lovely and the pool was amazing.A little over priced though.

    My family of six adults and a baby stayed recently and had a wonderful time. The accommodation was spacious and clean, and wonderfully situated. The kitchen was well equipped, and had everything we needed. Close to shops and the lake walk - it was great. The only disappointment was the lack of a dryer (as was stated in the advertisement) as the weather was a bit wet and we would have liked to dry towels etc for use the following day. But overall, a perfect venue for a larger family. We will be back!

    A well appointed home and swimming pool provided a fantastic family holiday away. Lake views and easy access to the cycleway and walking path, minutes from the beaches and the entrance shops. Well fenced for dogs and children with a huge yard to run and play. The pool is crystal clear with bbq and outdoor settings for loads of fun in the sun.
