With a modern contemporary appeal and easy-flow split level home, this is a home built in a perfect location. This well equipped home situated right on the lake with grass reserve to the water’s edge.

Lake Getaway has a lot to offer to you, the gorgeous water views will draw you in with the realisation that this waterfront playground is yours, to fish off the shared jetty, park your boat, or maybe just to sit, relax and unwind and watch the beautiful sunset.

This home is perfect for two small families or one extended family. It features three spacious bedrooms, two bathrooms, lounge room, separate dining area, laundry with a separate toilet & a covered outdoor area.

Lake Getaway sits on a beautiful block slightly slopped down to the waters edge located on the banks of Lake Macquarie.
This home has a smart TV where you can connect to Netflix, BBQ, air conditioning in the main bedroom, bedroom with sofa bed & in the downstairs living area plus a fully equipped kitchen.
In the garage/games room you will find a pool table & an arcade machine, this will keep the kids occupied for hours & even the adults!

Shops are a short drive as are restaurants and clubs. Beautiful beaches and national parks are within 10 minutes.

Bed linen and bath towels are provided for your convenience.

The base nightly price is based on up to 6 guests. Any guests above this number are charged per person/per night rate. When selecting number of guests, the system will automatically calculate the correct rate. Any change with guest number reductions are non-refundable.
It is very important to select the correct number of guests as this will determine how many beds to have made up.

Important message for guests organising events.
We have a strict no party or events policy. It is in a quiet neighbourhood, so any type of events such as hens/bucks/schoolies/end of season sporting groups/birthday party celebration are not allowed. If you are unsure if your group falls into any of these categories please enquire before booking. We can easily determine if the house rule of “No parties or events” is disrespected, and this means additional charges, bond forfeited and/or eviction will apply.
