Picture yourself sipping your morning coffee on the spacious deck, as colorful birds dance in the trees and take in the natural surroundings or spend your afternoon sipping on a wine taking in the sensational sunset.
Take leisurely walks along the reserve, bring your kayak or paddle board and explore the waters, throw a fishing line in or simply just relax and take it all in.

You'll love spending time in our beautiful living area, complete with large windows offering uninterrupted views of the water. With a fully equipped kitchen having amenities such as a dishwasher, coffee machine, oven, stove, all cookware and pantry basics that would be necessary, you'll have everything you need to prepare delicious meals.

Modern bathroom provided with all bath linen, you will also find a welcome supply of toilet paper and hand soap.
For added convenience, there's a second bathroom located in the garage& laundry, perfect for those wanting extra privacy or for cleaning up after a day of exploring the outdoors.

This home is well suited for a family or a group of couples, sleeping up to 6 guests in total.

Relaxing getaway also invites pets to the property as it is fully securely fenced, perfect for your fur babies to enjoy the scenery. This fully fenced yard also is great for young kids so you can relax on the balcony while the youngsters play.

Important message for guests organising events.
We have a strict no party or events policy. It is in a quiet neighbourhood, so any type of events such as hens/bucks/schoolies/end of season sporting groups/birthday party celebration are not allowed. If you are unsure if your group falls into any of these categories please enquire before booking. We can easily determine if the house rule of “No parties or events” is disrespected, and this means additional charges, bond forfeited and/or eviction will apply.

    Everything was good the only thing that was not good there was no cutlery and there was something in the furniture that was biting the kids like sand flys or something like that I don’t know other then that it was very good and kaitlyn needs a pay rise she is awesome I think she’s the property manager but she’s the best thank you so much

    I think this is our fourth or high stay with our Tibetan Terrier. It's perfect for us, ashtrays spotlessly clean and well maintained. It's a glorious spot on the lake. However, I would not recommend it for larger groups as the beds are standard double and there is only one bathroom. Perfect for one or two couples.

    The location is so very quiet and peaceful and that view, stunning!!
    The home is beautifully and tastefully furnished with everything you could possibly want for a comfortable and relaxing break, but I'm reluctant to talk this place up too much in the fear that it won't be available next time I'd like to book!!!

    We had a great stay. The abode had a relaxing lake view. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen well appointed. The oven was very hot so suggest run at 50 percent if you don't want to risk burning your roast like we did. A highly recommended stay.

    The house was well equipped & clean. Beautiful view unfortunately my Mum who is 85 & suffers vertigo & balance issues was unable to walk down to the lake. We could not tell the slope of the path from the photos. Would love to stay again but not suitable fo us.
