Welcome to Sunset escape - This is the perfect isolated location, escape the city and bring your family to this lakeside home, and spend your days watching the sunlight play on the water, throw in a fishing line, go boating or enjoy a sunset dinner by the water on the jetty located the reserve waterfront in front of this property.

Sunset Escape is a newly renovated and beautifully styled 3 bedroom home, that has been decorated with brand new furniture and supplied with everything you could need for a short or extended stay such as, all bedding and towels, hair dryer, Smart T’V, comfy lounges, Wi-Fi, free Kayaks & BBQ etc.

This home has a open plan living area and dining area along side the kitchen, you will find the 3 bedrooms down the hallway. The master bedroom which has an Ensuite. You will also have a modern bathroom and combined laundry down the hallway with washing machine, dryer, iron & ironing board for guests to use. Bathroom supplies such as towels and a welcome supply of Shampoo & Conditioner are provided.

The kitchen has everything supplied that you should need! Including fridge, microwave, cook top & oven, toaster, electric kettle and a dish washer. In the kitchen you will find coffee, tea, sugar, oil, salt, pepper. You won’t need to bring a thing as all crockery, kitchen ware, pots & pans, table ware, coffee mugs, glasses and much more is provided!

The back veranda overlooks the beautiful reserve and lake. It is a perfect place to chill out, watch the sunset or simply soak in the morning fresh air. When you step out to the verdanda, you will appreciate the lake views, wild life & ducks, and the native trees.

In the garage you will have access to a ping pong table and hammocks which you can move out to relax out in the sunshine!

Comfortably sleeping 10 people, it’s suitable for 2 families or is equally ideal as a spacious, private family retreat.

2 x Adult Kayaks and 1 x Child Kayak has been provided to help you enjoy the lake with no extra charge. Please take note, all equipment is used by guests at your own risk and no liability is taken for personal injury resulting in use of the provided equipment. Any damages to the equipment caused by guests will be charged to you. Life jackets and paddles are also provided.

Important message for guests organising events.
We have a strict no party or events policy. It is in a quiet neighbourhood, so any type of events such as hens/bucks/schoolies/end of season sporting groups/birthday party celebration are not allowed. If you are unsure if your group falls into any of these categories please enquire before booking. We can easily determine if the house rule of “No parties or events” is disrespected, and this means additional charges, bond forfeited and/or eviction will apply.

PLEASE NOTE: All bookings are subject to the owners pre-approval and we endeavour to notify you of the status of your booking within 24hrs.

    We had a quick getaway from Sydney and it was just what we needed. Sunset Escape live up to its name and it’s so relaxing sitting out the back watching the sun go down. Our girls loved the kayaks and could have stayed out all day. Great place for a family get away,We would have loved to stay longer

    A good location if you want to get away from it all, great waterfront location and having access to the pontoon/deck on the water was great. You can fish off the deck and easily launch the kayaks. The house is modern with nice furnishings and kitchen has everything you need. It is also pet friendly with a fenced back yard your dog will love it. Would have been nice to have extra fire wood during the winter months.

    Sunset Escape is a lovely venue with a beautiful reserve and lake is very clean with comfortable furniture and amenities.

    A great place to relax and unwind at a beautiful lakeside place. The house is near the end of the street so there’s not much passing traffic and is very comfortable and well equipped with lots of thoughtful touches including the welcome bottle of wine and some crackers.

    Beautiful place for a little getaway! Big house, very clean and pet friendly.
    The only tip for this house is the traps are switched soo if you’re staying here the cold tap is actually hot and hot is cold. Took us a while to figure it out 😂

    We stayed in this absolutely gorgeous property with equally stunning views on Australia day weekend. The house spotless and had everything we needed, the view of lake was breathtaking in mornings. It’s a very serene and quite place for relaxing and having a family time. We went with two kids and our fur baby and everyone had a blast. The property manager Kaitlyn was very helpful and accommodating , we just loved our stay and will be booking again this property soon.
