The stylishly appointed living spaces are perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring, while the fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need to prepare delicious meals for your family and friends from top-of-the-line appliances, ample counter space, all the crockery, cutlery and cookware that is needed for your stay.

Each of the four bedrooms is nicely decorated and features plush bedding, ensuring a restful night's sleep with bed and bath linen supplied.

Whether you're an avid tennis player or just looking for some fun-filled activities, challenge your friends and family to a friendly match and simply enjoy some quality time outdoors, enjoy kayaking down the river or throw in a fishing line from the back yard!

The main bathroom which you will find upstairs has a modern shower and toilet and downstairs has a second bathroom with shower and toilet connected to the laundry with washing machine and dryer.

Sunrise on Wyong River is well suited for 1 large family or 2 small families or a couples getaway.

All pets need approval before bringing them along, the waters edge is not fenced.

You are welcome to bring your boat, and are able to launch your boat from the ramp at the property. If your boat is to large to fit through the garage, please use the local boat ramp. Please ensure quiet enjoyment of this area at all times and respect the neighbours, please pickup after yourself and do not leave any rubbish in this area. Your boat may be moored from the jetty for day use purposes.

The base nightly price is based on up to 6 guests. Any guests above this number are charged per person/per night rate. When selecting number of guests, the system will automatically calculate the correct rate. Any change with guest number reductions are non-refundable.
It is very important to select the correct number of guests as this will determine how many beds to have made up.

Important message for guests organising events.
We have a strict no party or events policy. It is in a quiet neighbourhood, so any type of events such as hens/bucks/schoolies/end of season sporting groups/birthday party celebration are not allowed. If you are unsure if your group falls into any of these categories please enquire before booking. We can easily determine if the house rule of “No parties or events” is disrespected, and this means additional charges, bond forfeited and/or eviction will apply.
