As a guest, you'll also have access to all the fantastic facilities at Rafferty's Resort, including 4 swimming pools 1 heated, tennis courts, kids playground and a BBQ area as well as a restaurant. Each of the five bedrooms is nicely decorated and features comfortable bedding, ensuring a restful night's sleep with bed linen and bath linen supplied for all 4 bathrooms.

We have a strict no party or events policy. It is in a quiet neighbourhood, so any type of events such as hens/bucks/schoolies/end of season sporting groups/birthday party celebration are not allowed. If you are unsure if your group falls into any of these categories please enquire before booking. We can easily determine if the house rule of “No parties or events” is disrespected, and this means additional charges, bond forfeited and/or eviction will apply.

    Experience ok could have round dining table to suit 11 people. Furniture looking tired few stains on lounges. Setting in dining area needs new cushions to sit on.

    Our family (3 families - 11 in total) stayed at Le Domicile on Point for our Christmas holiday and thoroughly enjoyed it.
    The location gives you the best of both the lake and the beaches in the area. The lake offered a safe haven for toddlers to swim, play on the grass picnic areas or the older kids to go fishing. Close to shopping centres, cafes, clubs and pubs. Access to Rafferty's Resort is awesome - cafe and pools!
    A few issues with communication with the property managers - but easily fixed, garbage collection over xmas period, wifi(in and out) and housekeeping but can't fault the house itself.
    The house is spacious, comfy, well stocked, kid friendly (kids 10mths-7yrs had no issues) and has a huge garage where the kids & adults can play pool, kids can ride their scooters or any other indoor activities. We used the front lawn for outdoor activities as it was level but you need to supervise kids as it is not fenced off and the side yard has a steep decent. Great outdoor wrap around verandah with BBQ and enough tables and chairs to fit us all for meals - Awesome! You really don't have to bring anything else for your stay except your beach towels and your personal toiletries & belongings - so good! Thoroughly recommend Le Domicile On Point.

    WOW, this house was all that was advertised and so much more. The home was equipped with games for the kids from 1yr old threw to teenagers, the kitchen had more than we knew we needed, the sound in the media room was incredible, it was immaculate throughout. We will definitely stay again. Perfect large family getaway. Property management were so easy to contact and always quick reply.
