Welcome to Sunset Central Coast! With contemporary appeal and easy-flow open-plan layout, this is a home built to complement its position. Sun-kissed living spaces, polished timber floors and 2-storey design give it texture and character. With its magnetic pull, the pristine water views will draw you in with the realisation that this absolute waterfront playground is yours, to fish off your jetty, park your boat, or maybe just to sit, relax and unwind.

Features five spacious bedrooms, three bathrooms, two living areas and enormous deck. Nearly every room in the house drinks in the direct water views. Fully equipped kitchen with appliances + kitchen necessities/basics.

This home is perfect for one or two families. A small dog is welcome, however please note that the property is not fenced.

"Sunset" sits on a level direct waterfront parcel of land between Newcastle and Sydney. Included with your holiday is beds for ten guests, Plasma TV and DVD player, fetch Box, BBQ, foosball table, pool table, ceiling fans in all rooms and huge private decks abound.

Launch your boat or Jet Ski from the boat ramp at the end of the street and moor it out the front of the house on your Jetty shared with the neighbour. Our waterfront property offers direct access to the water, making it a haven for boating enthusiasts. You can set sail and explore the coastal wonders at your leisure. 3 adults kayaks with life jackets, are provided for your enjoyment, however these are used at your own risk.

Shopping centres are a short drive as are restaurants and clubs. Beautiful beaches and national parks are within 10 minutes.

Important message for guests organising events.
We have a strict no party or events policy. It is in a quiet neighbourhood, so any type of events such as hens/bucks/schoolies/end of season sporting groups/birthday party celebration are not allowed. If you are unsure if your group falls into any of these categories please enquire before booking. We can easily determine if the house rule of “No parties or events” is disrespected, and this means additional charges, bond forfeited and/or eviction will apply.

    We recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful accommodation for a 4 day weekend getaway, and it exceeded all expectations. The place was impeccably clean, the beds were incredibly comfy, and the interior was simply beautiful. With its five spacious bedrooms, well-equipped kitchen, and three bathrooms, it provided ample space and convenience for our group of 5 ladies. It was so peaceful being right on the river, sitting in the afternoon on the balcony watching the sun go down with a few nibbles and drinks, amazing. Loved how the ducks would come up in the morning and afternoon to say hi too. I highly recommend this accommodation for anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Highly recommend Kaitlyn, our booking agent, very helpful and efficient. Would love to return one day.

    This was the perfect place for our girls weekend away. Lots of communal areas with a fantastic view. The house is waterfront with direct access to the lake. Perfect for kayaking or just sitting looking at the water, which we did a lot. The rooms were all comfortable and the kitchen had all the pots and pans we needed to cook every meal.
