Just 90 minutes from Sydney and with a selection of pristine beaches all within a few minutes drive, this spectacular home is not far for you and your family to enjoy. Spend your days having a lakefront picnic by the water, paddle from the backyard, moor your boat off the private jetty or simply relax and take in the view.

Beautifully styled throughout, the heart of your stay will surely be spent upstairs where you will find the fully equipped kitchen including induction cooktop, Nespresso coffee machine and dishwasher, open plan dining and living area which flows seamlessly onto the covered verandah soaking up one of the best views of Lake Macquarie you will find.

Lake views abound from the bedroom which is also located on the upper level featuring a king size bed, two seater lounge, and direct access to the back balcony.
Downstairs comprises the remaining bedrooms, bathroom, laundry and second living space which opens onto the backyard and alfresco area. To make your stay here even more relaxing why not soak your days away in the outdoor spa!

Lazy Daze is truly is a home away from home, a place where you can spend a couple of nights or even a week or two.
Comfortably sleeping 10 people, it’s suitable for 2 families or is equally ideal as a spacious, private family retreat.

Bed linen and bath towels are provided for your convenience.

Please note the garage is not included however ample parking available on the property including covered carport.

We have a strict no party or events policy. It is in a quiet neighbourhood, so any type of events such as hens/bucks/schoolies/end of season sporting groups/birthday parties celebration are not allowed. If you are unsure if your group falls into any of these categories please enquire before booking. We can easily determine if the house rule of “No parties or events” is disrespected, and this means additional charges, bond forfeited and/or eviction will apply.

    Enjoy Lazy Daze was the perfect spot to relax, unwind and melt into the gorgeous lake vista. Extremely comfortable and clean home. Was perfect for our girls w/e but would also suit family holidays for one or two families. No need to leave the beautiful shores but there are nice cafes, restaurants and walks nearby. Very helpful booking staff and excellent value for money.

    A very spacious property inside and out making it fantastic for a family birthday venue. Guests were able to incorporate outside & water activities while having a very long lunch at the waters edge before moving back up to the balcony.

    We had an amazing time at Lazy Days. Absolutely couldn't fault the location or the view, it was brilliant.
    The rooms and layout were perfect for accommodating our extended family, without feeling like we were on top of each other. The kitchen was brilliant for preparing meals at home to enjoy on the balcony. We also made a few visits to the bakery, Foodworks and fish'n'chip shops around the corner, which were very handy.
    Missing the view, hope to return soon.
