The outdoor entertaining deck is the ideal spot for alfresco dining and cooking the BBQ, where you can prepare delicious meals while being surrounded by nature.

For added peace of mind, this home has a fenced backyard, providing a secure space for children and pets to play freely. And when you want to take in the lake views, you'll be delighted by the glimpses you can catch from various vantage points within the property.

With walking access to the lake just steps away, you'll have endless opportunities for leisurely strolls along the water's edge. Whether you prefer to swim, fish, kayak or simply soak up the sun, this idyllic location offers something for everyone. At the local boat ramp within walking distance you will also find a BBQ/picnic area to enjoy the surroundings.

There is a fully functioning kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and coffee machine. The laundry has both washing machine, dryer and there is an iron and ironing board for guests to use. Both bathrooms have a limited supply of soap, hand soap and toilet paper. All linen is included for your convenience.

This well equipped home is suitable for families or couples, sleeping up to 6 adults & 4 children

Important message for guests organising events. We have a strict no party or events policy. It is in a quiet neighbourhood, so any type of events such as hens/bucks/schoolies/end of season sporting groups/birthday parties celebration are not allowed. If you are unsure if your group falls into any of these categories please enquire before booking. We can easily determine if the house rule of “No parties or events” is disrespected, and this means additional charges, bond forfeited and/or eviction will apply.

    Our family of 6 adults, 1 toddler & 2 small dogs spent a relaxing weekend. It was a good base for us to check out the area as thinking of moving up at way. The home was immaculately clean. Kitchen well appointed. Lovely deck and plenty of seating space. Quiet peaceful location. Checkin very easy. Gardens/Lawn well maintained. Bathrooms modern but small. The 2nd bathroom is located at the back of the 4th smaller bunkhouse room which is where we put the Baby in a portacot. Ceiling fans in rooms without Aircon would be nice as would some nice body wash. Close to the Lake and nice plae to walk the dogs. Handy to the LM area.

    This house suited us perfectly and was nicely appointed. The location and space was great and with the lake as a backdrop, almost everything was perfect. It was really disappointing that the house didn't have wifi. My fault for not double checking but my recent experience has been that wifi is offered as standard. Maybe something to consider for a property costing over $500 per night

    We had a lovely time in Gwandalan, as the property was in great proximity to the local shops, club and water. We were however disappointed in the price, due to the u cleanliness of the home and maintenance of some items(we have pics and will forward to property management), i.e. dead cockroaches, unclean utensils in drawers and leftover food crumbs and used alcohol and dirty tray in oven upon our arrival. We also accidentally left $50 on the dining table, and no one contacted us to let us know or to offer to return this to us, which was also disappointing.

    The house was neat and clean with all the amenities required for a perfect long weekend with family. Everything was in walking distance, the Lake, shops and Bowling Club.
