Niaroo has a well-equipped kitchen ready to inspire your inner chef with its modern appliances such as induction cook top & oven, Nespresso coffee machine, and dishwasher with ample counter space. Whether you're cooking up a gourmet feast or simply enjoying a quick snack, this kitchen has everything you need for your stay along with pantry items.

Modern bathroom with shower, toilet, double basin and a spa bath to relax in! A second bathroom combined with the laundry. For your convenience we provide luxury type bedding and linen along with a welcome supply of toilet paper & hand soap.

This home is suitable for max 12 guests and is well equipped for couples or family getaways.

All pets need approval before bringing them along, there is a area of the backyard/side of house that is fenced + back deck.

Important message for guests organising events.
We have a strict no party or events policy. It is in a quiet retiree neighbourhood, so any type of events such as hens/bucks/schoolies/end of season sporting groups/birthday parties celebration are not allowed. If you are unsure if your group falls into any of these categories please enquire before booking. We can easily determine if the house rule of “No parties or events” is disrespected, and this means additional charges, bond forfeited and/or eviction will apply.

  My family had a wonderful stay at Niaroo. A spacious, well-equipped house in a fantastic location. We were impressed with the kitchen, with everything you need, just like at home and the deck with lake view. The bedroom arrangement suited our family as well with separate spaces for adults and kids. The little dog had a ball too.   Niaroo Lakehouse is a beautiful waterfront property that had everything you need for a relaxing family holiday. The house is spotless and is beautifully furnished with a beachy feel.
  Bedrooms are nice and spacious and the kitchen has everything you need if you wanted to cook.
  The table tennis was a nice surprise and the spa bath was a hit with the kids.
  This gorgeous house is in a great location .The views of the lake from the large deck is stunning and walks along the foreshore with our puppy were a highlight. It is very close to some lovely shops and restaurants and we look forward to returning to Summerland point very soon.
